Item return

You can withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the delivery of your order without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the shipping cost described below.

Goods that have no signs of use and have original, undamaged packaging as well as all labels and tags are subject to return.

Send the package with the returned goods, preferably via InPost or Poczta Polska, to the following address:

Warning! The shipping cost of the return is borne by the shipper. The delivery fee is therefore in line with the current price lists of InPost and Poczta Polska. Shipments sent at the recipient's expense, including cash on delivery, will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Before shipping, pack the returned goods in the original packaging. If the goods were delivered in a set, they must be returned in the same complete set.

We will inform you about the acceptance of the return shipment by e-mail, using the e-mail address provided in the order.

The refund is processed within 14 business days from the moment the goods received in the return warehouse are checked, which takes 3 to 5 days. The money will be returned to the card with which the payment was made.

 

Warning! If the goods sent by you are not refundable, we will have to send them back at your expense.

Goods that are not subject to return and exchange in accordance with Art. 38 of the Act on consumer rights of May 30, 2014 is:

1. food products,

2. medicines,

3. goods delivered in sealed packaging, which cannot be returned after opening the packaging due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery,

4. sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in a sealed package, if the package has been opened after delivery.

Additional non-returnable items are:

  • corsetry products (corsets, bodies, bras)
  • perfumery and cosmetics, products in aerosol packaging
  • feather and down products (excluding down jackets)
  • soft toys for children, inflatable rubber toys
  • gloves, mittens
  • underwear (including swimwear, nightgowns, pajamas)
  • personal care items (razors, toothbrushes, combs, massage brushes, hair clips and rollers and other similar products)
  • manicure and pedicure tools
  • jewelry made of precious metals, amber products
  • fabrics including tulle and lace
  • hosiery and socks
  • bed linen
  • baby products
  • household goods and electronics

If you have received a defective or incomplete product, also return it in its original packaging, with all tags and labels. Attach the receipt for the delivery service to the package - we will refund the cost of shipping the package.
